1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days after the order is successfully placed. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or any unexpected delays, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone regarding the revised timeline.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and depend on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
a) Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days after dispatch.
b) Shipping timelines may vary slightly based on destination, courier availability, and unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Please note that shipping timelines do not include the order processing period.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you. This will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
4. Serviceable Locations
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy if services expand to other countries.
5. Duties, Taxes & Local Charges
All product prices are exclusive of applicable GST and shipping fees, which are added during checkout. Hamaragharr Vastu is not liable for any additional taxes, duties, or levies imposed by local authorities after the product has shipped. Such charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care to securely pack each product. However, Hamaragharr Vastu is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. If your order arrives damaged:
a) Keep all original packaging and damaged products.
b) Take clear photos of the damage.
c) Contact the courier to file a claim.
d) Inform our customer support team so we can assist you.
