1. Exchanges (Physical Products)

2. Return Policy — Wrong Item Only (Physical Products)
Returns are accepted only if the wrong product was delivered.

b) In any case, not later than 14 days from the date of purchase

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
