Physical Products — No Refund Policy

All physical product purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is completed.

Exceptional Cases

Any exception (including partial credits, access deferral, or alternative offerings) may be granted solely at the discretion of Hamaragharr Vastu Management.

Such decisions are final, binding, and non-negotiable.


Physical Products — Returns (Wrong Item Only)

Returns for physical products are accepted only if an incorrect item was delivered.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Return Request Window: Within 7 days of delivery, and not later than 14 days from the purchase date
  • Item Condition: Unused, uninstalled, with original tags intact
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be preserved
  • Proof: Clear open-box delivery video (mandatory) and valid receipt or order confirmation

Return Process

Upon approval, return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) will be shared.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges (Physical Products)

Exchanges are permitted only in cases where an incorrect item was delivered.

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
